    • Please find links to all of our forms below.
    • Requests of any nature to the Manson Booster Club should be made in writing using one of these forms.
    • Completed forms must be submitted to the Board of Directors for approval before the next regularly scheduled meeting.
    • Forms can be submitted via email here or delivered to the Athletic Director.
    • The Board of Directors regularly meets on the second Friday of the month at 9:00 am in the Manson Early Childhood Education meeting room.
