Immediate Volunteer Opportunities
- Student Send-Offs: Help prepare Goodie Bags and join the Transportation Decoration Crew for our “On To State” events.
- Scholarship Drive: Be a hero by joining our team to increase scholarship dollars for very grateful students.
- General Support: We also always need help with Event Setup/Teardown for smaller activities.
Our Biggest Fundraiser: The Golf Scramble ⛳
The annual Golf Scramble in May is crucial, and we need an energetic Planning Committee immediately. No golf experience needed—just a desire to raise funds! Specific tasks include; Sponsorships, Team Registration/Logistics, Prizes/Donations, and Marketing to ensure a full field.
Leadership & Communications Support
Make a direct impact on the club’s operations and communications:
- Board Secretary: An upcoming election means we need a detail-oriented person to join the board, attend meetings, and keep clear records.
- Social Media Maven: Help create and schedule fun, positive content to highlight our students and events.
- Design & Media: We need creative minds for basic graphic design (flyers, media), especially for the NEW Scorekeepers Table Graphic Design.
